The better in shape an athlete is, the more potential success they will have! At #CLOCKEDIN, we want to help athletes prepare to be in "game ready" shape and also to maintain that in their off-season!
HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
High intensity interval training is a fitness method where we do exercises at a high intensity but for a short time frame, and then a rest break in between. At #CLOCKEDIN we use this method to help test and keep our athletes in great shape!
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
At #CLOCKEDIN, we offer help with sports specific drills and skills! From basketball, football, track and field, cross country, boxing, soccer, lacrosse and more! We create skills and drills for our athletes to do to get better for their prospective sport.

Caleb Wright
Born and raised in Cortland NY, sports have always been a HUGE part of Caleb’s life.
Caleb comes from a family where everyone was involved in sports, including his father/mentor who played football at Syracuse University and professionally for the Buffalo Bills. Caleb's mother was also an avid track athlete her whole life!

Jeremy holds a B.S., ACE CPT & FNS, PN Lv1 and has been a group exercise coach and personal trainer since 2014. Originally from Moravia, NY where he was a 12-letter varsity athlete.
